Subject – Finally, an end to tinnitus!

Dear Friend,

Have you resigned yourself to living with tinnitus? Did medical practitioners tell you there wasn't anything short of surgery that could be done?

Doctors may believe that, and maybe you believe it too, but I don't. I firmly believe that you do not have to live with the condition, and you do not need surgery to get rid of it. Why do I believe this? It is because I have read an eBook by Regina Jones titled 'Triumph Tinnitus Today.'

In the eBook, Regina teaches tinnitus sufferers how they can diminish or eliminate the ringing in their ears without surgery! Instead, she recommends a natural and holistic method composed of exercising, eating right, calming techniques, and so much more!

You can actually read about how Regina helped her daughter through her tinnitus by reading ['their story' link to sales page here.] They had tried many other things in the past, and finally found relief in holistic medicine!
It's an amazing read, and the best part about it is that no surgery was involved or required! That alone makes 'Triumph Tinnitus Today!' definitely something you should read BEFORE you begin even considering surgery. Remember, going under the knife is not your last resort! Subject – How Bad is My Tinnitus? Not as bad as you think!

Dear Friend,

One of the most important things to know when dealing with tinnitus is 'how bad is it?' Knowing the gravity of your situation is a good starting point for treatment. In order to know this, you need to go through a series of medical tests which will also confirm whether or not you have tinnitus and what kind of tinnitus you have.

Usually tinnitus is defined several ways, how loud the noise is, the strength of the noise, and whether or not it is constant. Depending on the results you get, doctors recommend a variety of coping methods or 'treatment' methods. There are some cases of tinnitus, usually chronic tinnitus, which can be quite difficult to treat or to cope with. Many say that this is the worst kind of tinnitus.

What if I told you that it isn't as bad as you think? What if no matter what results you get, there is a way you can eliminate tinnitus from your life? Well, you now have that possibility! If you follow a holistic method of treating your tinnitus, you give yourself the possibility of eliminating tinnitus, no matter how bad it is or what stage in life you're in.

Get yourself started by first reading the success stories of others. Check out [link to sales page here] and learn about how living healthier can drive tinnitus away!

Subject – Is My Tinnitus in My Head?

Dear Friend,

Though the most common cause of tinnitus is hearing damage, there are other factors which can lead to tinnitus. Sometimes, these varying factors are what can lead to the different types of tinnitus. For example, did you know that your personality can play a role in tinnitus? There is a personality type that is more prone to tinnitus. Your lifestyle can also lead to tinnitus. Factors like stress, anxiety, and depression can all lead to tinnitus.

When doctors suspect that a combination of psychological factors are what is behind a person's tinnitus, they usually attempt to eliminate tinnitus by addressing the psychological problems, and not the tinnitus itself since the tinnitus could be an effect of these treatable factors. It usually follows that if you treat the cause, you eliminate the effect.

What does this mean? Simply that sometimes tinnitus is 'in your head.' You think you are hearing noises (and you are), but they're not being produced the way (for lack of a better word) physical tinnitus is produced. It also means that your tinnitus is treatable, and you have a great chance of getting rid of it!

Since the discovery of this type of tinnitus, hypnotherapy became a popular treatment for the condition. It seemed to work well for more than just this one type of tinnitus, though, and as a result became an option all tinnitus sufferers had. Learn more about hypnotherapy as one of your treatment options, and why it should be done alongside holistic or natural treatments! Check it out today at [link to sales page here]

Subject – Tinnitus Needs a Sympathetic Ear

Dear Friend,

I know how difficult tinnitus can be. I have seen what it can do to a person, as well as what it can do to that person's family members. Often, tinnitus sufferers feel very alone. Their condition upsets them, stresses them, and can even depress them. The biggest problem with these effects is that they can exacerbate the tinnitus.

One of the best things a person can do for someone who is suffering from tinnitus is to be understanding and to listen. If there is one thing tinnitus needs, it's a sympathetic ear. Taking the time to listen to people, to give them comfort and support, and to help them through their difficulties can be a great relief to those with the condition. Having someone to listen to them can relieve stress and make them feel better.

Another method that can work is catharsis, which can be done through forums for tinnitus. There are many forums which offer support to those suffering from tinnitus. Sometimes these forums offer advice or help with treatment methods, and other times they are simply there to provide an avenue for tinnitus sufferers to voice out their feelings with regard to the condition. These forums can be really helpful in making people feel and know that there are others who understand, and that there is hope for the condition!

It was through a forum that I found a discussion on 'Triumph Tinnitus Today', the eBook by Regina Jones which discusses a total tinnitus treatment using holistic medicine or natural methods. The amazing eBook thoroughly explains tinnitus and discusses a truly natural way to eliminate it for good. Learn more about it by checking out [link to sales page here] today!

Subject – Is Tinnitus Hereditary?

Dear Friend,

Many tinnitus sufferers and their family members wonder if the condition is hereditary. It is definitely something that can be worrisome since most of those suffering from tinnitus would not wish the condition of their family members or offspring. Most of the time, however, they need not worry. There are several different causes of tinnitus, which can lead to the several different types.

Though tinnitus is not hereditary, the most common cause of tinnitus, hearing damage, can be. Many, if not a majority of tinnitus sufferers, have tinnitus as an effect or complication of hearing damage or deafness. If the damage or deafness is due to a hereditary factor, then tinnitus can occur in all those who have inherited the deafness or hearing damage.

When tinnitus is caused by a factor like this, many people lose hope. After all, they think that they'll have just as much luck reversing this condition as they would changing the color of their eyes without the help of contact lenses. They would be mistaken.

No matter what type of tinnitus you have, no matter what caused your tinnitus, there is always hope for treatment. There is always something you can do to diminish the noise you hear or maybe even eliminate the noises completely! Often it is a combination of treatments, all of which are geared towards healthy living that can help tremendously with all types of tinnitus!

Title: Starting on 'Triumph Tinnitus Today!'

I've just looked up the statistics, and it turns out that 50 million Americans suffer from some form of tinnitus. Not that I want to breathe a sigh of relief, but it's good to know that the condition isn't something incredibly rare that doctors won't know where to begin when it comes to treatment. It was also good to know that you can 'hear noises in your head' and not be crazy. (Not that hearing voices which tell you what to do is related to tinnitus at all.)

Why am I preoccupied with tinnitus today? Well, I just got it. Yup, my doctors confirmed two weeks ago that I am joining the throngs of people who apparently just live with tinnitus year in and year out. I honestly don't know how they do it because, right now, I'm pretty darned annoyed at the constant din that is being produced inside my head, and don't know how to start living with it.

When I first got the news, I didn't want to write about it just yet. Not until I had something well worth saying. I mean, a blog post of complaints wasn't going to help either of us, right? So, being the book worm that I am, I decided to check out what other people say about tinnitus and what my options are (as I know doctors don't always present all the options.)

While flipping through some pages about tinnitus, I came across a book called 'Triumph Tinnitus Today.' Honestly, there are quite a few books about tinnitus and treatment, so why did I single this one out? Well, it was simple. I know we're not supposed to judge books by their cover, but can't we judge them from their cover page (sales page)? 'Cause that's what I did. 'Triumph Tinnitus Today's' sales page was well written and easy to read... not like some other tinnitus pages.

Well written and promised a natural treatment. What did I have to lose? After all, I was promised that I could return the product at the end of the day, if unsatisfied.

So I bought the book. It took me a week and a half to finish it, reading a little bit each day. I didn't want to get started on any of the treatment methods it prescribed until I had read everything and had a good idea of what the big picture was.

As a book, I can tell you that it is well written, quite concise, and it explains the conditions and factors related to tinnitus very well. It goes into a lot of details with regard to tinnitus as a condition, as well as with regard to treatment options (I knew my doctors weren't dishing it all out!)

Honestly, the various treatments it prescribes seem simple enough. Many of them can be done from home. Whether or not they work, well... I'm about to find out! I'm going to try and treat my tinnitus using this book, and I'm going to blog how it goes!

Wish me luck, as I am about to be a guinea pig!

Title: Testing the Theory

Okay, so I thought I'd give it a good seven days before writing about my tinnitus again. In those seven days I have been testing out the methods prescribed by Regina Jones in 'Trump Tinnitus Today,' an eBook about how to treat your tinnitus through holistic or natural medicine methods.

What have I learned so far? Well, first, I fully understood my ears, how people hear, and the other systems and organs that are dependent on the ear and on which the ear is dependent on. Second, I was able to narrow down my tinnitus symptoms as well as the other symptoms I have been experiencing (including others I may yet experience) which are effects of tinnitus. Third, I found out that my tinnitus (as terrible as it seems to me) is not as bad as the tinnitus other people have gone through. Again, I don't mean to sigh with relief, but I am grateful. And fourth, I learned that tinnitus can be prevented by caring for the ears, and taking certain precautions.

Understanding and learning these things helped me better understand what I had and what I needed to do in order to treat it. I read through some of the recommended treatment options again, and I thought I'd try out the ones that coincided with what my doctors prescribed as well.

So this past week I have been trying to relax, de-stress, meditate, etc. They say that tinnitus can be made worse by stress and lifestyle and so learning how to relax yourself and calm yourself down can diminish the noise heard during tinnitus. From 'Trump Tinnitus Today', I tried out the breathing techniques and exercises found in the book's bonus product. They're basically relaxation exercises.

Did they work? Yes. The level of noise I usually heard did indeed go down. It was still faintly audible, but not as loud as it usually was, and therefore easier to drown out when focused on other things.

Did it last? Yes and no. The first two days, I did the relaxation exercises in the evening and was able to enjoy truly pleasant evenings and very restful sleep. This was already a great victory for me. However, during the day, the tinnitus remained the same as before. So I tried doing the exercises in the morning in an attempt to calm myself down before the day begins. It sort of worked, though when something really stressed me out last Wednesday (I fought with my sister), the regular noise level returned and lasted until evening came and I went through the breathing techniques again.

Now I know it's only been a week, and even fitness gyms tell you that you need a month to see lasting results. But it was nice to see that there were definite results already! The book's author actually recommends other treatments or “steps” to help treat the tinnitus and possibly eliminate it completely. So I do also know that, based on her advice, relaxation is not enough. I'll be trying out her second step this coming week, and I'll see how well that works!

If you want to learn the specific breathing techniques and exercises I did, check out [link to sales page here]

Title: Tea Time Treats Tinnitus!

Week two of my attempt to treat tinnitus using the natural or holistic treatments recommended by Regina Jones has flown by. I'm really enjoying reading this book the second time, now that I am taking my time with it.

I took the tinnitus test found in the book, for fun. I already knew from my doctors that I have tinnitus, but I can tell you that the tinnitus test given in chapter three was really good! I also checked out the psychological factors that can make you more likely to have tinnitus, and I am sad to report that I have a tinnitus prone personality! So you might want to check that out because tinnitus can be prevented, and you may as well do what you can before you're stuck with it!

Now, for the progress I've made on treating my tinnitus, here's what I have to report:

The relaxation techniques seem to be helping more this week than before. It may or may not have to do with the fact that I've decided to do a round of them in the morning and a round in the evening. The point is I do feel less anxious, and I'm sleeping much better at night, which I know definitely helps!

Along with the relaxation techniques, I've decided to move on to the second step, which seems to be “in tune” with relaxation, and that is herbal therapy. So, I wasn't ready to go into herbal pills and tinctures just yet, but I did think that drinking herbal tea would be harmless, and like I said, “in tune” with relaxation.

As you can probably tell from the title of this post, it also helped! Since I was doing my relaxation and breathing in the morning and in the evening, I decided to drink tea during the day. I had a cup of fenugreek seed tea in the morning and in the afternoon. This small step really helped in maintaining the diminished noise level. I noted in my past blog entry that despite relaxation exercises, the noise level could go back up. However, with the tea, it seemed to stay down or at least not return to its full force!

This second victory is making me more and more convinced that there may be a way to diminish the noise to almost nothing. I'm still not sure if I'm ready to try out other herbs, since this one seems to be working already. What I will try, however, is changing my vegetable intake, making sure I eat vegetables and fruit high in zinc. Proper nutrition is Regina Jone's next step in her system for treating tinnitus. My current diet is no where near nutritious or proper (by many standards) so I know that this boost in vegetables and fruit will be good for my body at the very least! Let's see what it can do for tinnitus!

Some Holistic Herbs for Tinnitus

Many people suffer from tinnitus, the condition in which noise is produced inside the ear and is heard by the sufferer. Sometimes the noise comes and goes, and other times it is constant. The noise is often described as ringing, buzzing, or chirping, but others have also described loud banging sounds or sounds which are likened to a room of people talking.

The condition is quite difficult to live with, especially when the perceived level of noise is very loud. It can hinder people from daily activities, often disrupting work and other obligations. Usually, the condition also affects the person's family life because the noise can be unbearable or hard to live with, sometimes leaving the person unable to sleep well enough to be rested.

Though tinnitus is a problem, its presence often leads to other problems, making a large impact on the patient's life. When diagnosed with tinnitus, most doctors recommend that the patient learn how to cope with their symptoms through various techniques. Sometimes, for really bad cases, doctors also recommend that the patient undergo surgery.

Most people suffering from tinnitus see surgery as a last resort. Tinnitus surgery has been known to help some patients, but it's also been known to fail in others. Often, patients who have undergone surgery complain that the noise gets much much worse before it starts to get better, should it get better at all.

So what help can the medical world give to people suffering from tinnitus? Recent reports and testimonials of tinnitus sufferers who have turned to holistic herbs seem to believe that they have found the answer. Holistic herbs are already used for a wide variety of ailments, and if historical accounts are accurate, holistic herbs have been used for tinnitus for quite some time.

Some of the holistic herbs for tinnitus include black cohosh, sesame, mistle toe, gingko biloba, and fenugreek seeds. Most of these herbs have to be ingested through capsules or by drinking their tea. The herbs are all supposed to help tinnitus sufferers by diminishing their perceived noise level. Some who suffer from mild tinnitus claim that intake of the herbs eliminates the tinnitus completely. It is often noticed, however, that herbs can work differently among people, and while one meets success with one herb, a different person may find relief with a another.

If you're interested in taking holistic herbs for your tinnitus, get a complete list from Regina Jones' 'Triumph Tinnitus Today.' She discusses each herb, the recommended dosage, and possible side effects. These holistic herbs for tinnitus are said to help diminish the perceived noise level, as well as slowly eliminate the noise through prescribed intake of the holistic herbs.

Article #2

Causes of Tinnitus

Some people believe that the different types of tinnitus result from the different causes that lead to the condition. While this can be a possibility, it hasn't been proven or backed with tests yet. What is definitely true is that there are different types of tinnitus, and there are different causes of tinnitus as well.

Of all the causes of tinnitus, the most common cause is hearing damage. The damage to the ears can be a result of a sudden loud noise (like a gunshot fired too close to the ear) or constant exposure to loud noises (like working with power tools or listening to music very loudly—a theory as to why there are many musicians with tinnitus.) Sometimes, tinnitus is believed to be the first sign of hearing loss or of going deaf. This is often the case with older people.

A sudden blow to the head or severe head injury and tumors in the ear or brain have also been included among the causes of tinnitus. These conditions are perhaps the most serious of the causes because tinnitus is simply an effect of an underlying problem or disease. In these cases, the underlying problem is often treated first, and hopes that tinnitus will disappear are assessed after.

If you believe you haven't had any hearing damage, have ruled out head injury, and do not have a tumor of any sort, yet you suffer from tinnitus, it may be best to look into some of the other causes of tinnitus. In Regina Jones' book, 'Triumph Tinnitus Today', she discusses many of the causes of tinnitus in detail, explaining how each problem can affect the ear and this lead to tinnitus.

People who haven't had any of the previously mentioned problems are often surprised by other causes of tinnitus because of how innocent the initial problem seemed. Problems like ear infections, anemia, hypothyroidism, hypertension, and arteriosclerosis can all be causes of tinnitus, or factors which can lead to tinnitus. More surprising than these, some people acquire tinnitus from the dental fillings, over the counter medication like aspirin, or a blocked ear canal (sometimes blocked by water.)

Because of these varying causes of tinnitus and the steady (and sometimes increasing) numbers in which tinnitus occurs, more and more doctors are teaching people how to care for their ears. Many recommend using earplugs when swimming or at a concert, refraining from the use of antibiotics and over the counter medicines, taking extra precaution when sea diving, and paying attention to ear infections or ear aches as soon as they are noticed.

Tinnitus is a serious problem that no one wants to live with. It is something that is difficult to cope with and get used to, and has the potential of being destructive to a person's life. Learn how to protect your ears today, and learn about the many different causes of tinnitus by keeping yourself well informed! Trust that taking precaution is something you won't regret.

Aromatherapy for Tinnitus Relief

Because tinnitus is a condition that afflicts many people, and yet there is no surefire cure to the problem, there are many different methods for tinnitus relief. Western doctors often recommend a variety of solutions which involve tinnitus maskers, coping methods (in hopes of diminishing or drowning the noise), and surgery.

Eastern doctors, on the other hand, tend to recommend the traditional treatments that have been handed to them through the years. These treatments, like acupuncture, herbal supplements, and aromatherapy are the same treatments they employ for a variety of ailments, using different techniques depending on the illness. For tinnitus relief, one of the recommended treatments is aromatherapy.

Aromatherapy is a treatment that actually lines up with western treatments that are aimed towards tinnitus relief. Both eastern and western medicine believe that relaxation, meditation, and calming exercises can help with tinnitus relief. The beliefs of aromatherapy are that the blends of fragrance should heal a person's ailment as well as help calm and relax a person, helping them meditate.

When it comes to tinnitus relief, aromatherapy recommends several pure scents as well as several fragrance blends. One pure scent is that of juniper berry, a scent which is known to detoxify and cleanse the body's blood. This oil has a pine like scent which can be soothing and invigorating at the same time.

For a gentler, woody aroma, cypress oil can be used. This scent is used for tinnitus relief because it is said to stimulate the blood circulation, which can be important in certain cases of tinnitus. Since some cases of tinnitus can be caused by hypertension and arteriosclerosis, good blood circulation can lessen the ringing or eliminate it entirely.

A more floral aroma can be found in lavender oil, also used for tinnitus relief. Lavender is well known in the aromatherapy world because it is a powerful and effective relaxant or sedative. It's very soothing and calming, and relieves stress very well. It's also been known to help insomnia and anxiety, which can be very helpful to someone suffering from tinnitus.

These aromatherapy treatments for tinnitus relief can be applied several ways. They can be placed in an aromatherapy dispenser, which slowly releases the scent into the room with an air purifier-like machine (this is great if you are meditating and relaxing before bed.) Another option is to drop about fifteen drops of the chosen oil into an ounce of carrier oil (your choice) and leave for a full day. This oil blend can now be used by rubbing a few drops behind your ears, the back and sides of your neck.

You should be able to smell the oil and it should enter your neurovascular points and trigger relaxation. Be sure to help it along by trying to relax as well. You can also try rubbing or gently massaging the back of your ears and the back and sides of your neck to further relax yourself.
